[Today’s Japanese word “Wasou kekkon-shiki” -Part 1]

Today’s Japanese word “Wasou kekkon-shiki” (Kimono wedding / Japanese style wedding).
The “Wasou kekkon-shiki” is to get married wearing the “kimono”.

The “Wasou” is to wear a “kimono”, it is called Wafuku (traditional Japanese costume).
Today, we brief the “Wasou kekkon-shiki”.

Japanese style wedding has 3 patterns.
1) “Shinto” formula : swear by God at the shrine.
2) “Buddha” formula : report to the Buddha and ancestors at the temple.
3) Public formula “jinzenshiki” : promise to make happy in front of parents, relatives, and friends at hotel or wedding hall.

The wedding style of “Shinto formula” is popular next to the Church ceremony.
There are often able to see the wedding of “Shinto formula” at the time of shrine tourism.
