“Teppan-yaki” is a style of Japanese cuisine which uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word of “Teppan-yaki” consists of “teppan” (iron plate) and yaki (grilled).
About “Teppan-yaki”, we cooked steak, shrimp, okonomiyaki, yakisoba, and monjayaki by using an iron plate.

Typical ingredients of Teppan-yaki” is beef, shrimp, scallops, lobster, chicken, and assorted vegetables. Soybean oil is used to cook.
We eat grilled ingredients with soy source, salt, garlic and so on. It’s very delicious!
