[Recommended Japanese souvenirs @ “Kami-fuusen” in Kanazawa]

Today I will introduce the recommended souvenir of “Kanazawa”.
It is “Kami-fuusen” of “Kasyou Takagiya”.
“Kami-fuusen” (Paper balloon) is the name of a Japanese traditional toy, but this time, it is a sweets.

What is “Kami-fuusen” ?
That’s a Japanese sweets with pretty jelly in Ball-shaped “Monaka”.
(“Monaka” is one of the materials commonly used in Japanese sweets.)

Cute jelly is covered with sugar. The flavor of the jelly is four kinds of “a grape, a lemon, white wine, the brown sugar flavor”.

Well, “Kami-fuusen” using the traditional four colors “Kaga Monaka Dane”.
pink is “grape” taste, yellow is “lemon” taste, green is “White wine” taste, Brown is “Brown sugar” taste.

The package is very pretty, too. Recommended for souvenirs at Kanazawa!
