[Traditional spring Japanese sweets @ Taneya]

This is one of the typical Japanese sweets among the seasonal sweets.

Today, I will introduce “Sakura mochi” and “Kusa mochi” of the Japanese sweet shop “Taneya”.
“Taneya’s Sakura Mochi” is “Domyoji Type”.
“Domyoji” is sweets that wrapped “Anko” (sweet beans jam) with a sweet rice cake made by steaming “Domyoji” powder.

“Kusa mochi” is the sweets of green rice cake.
It is a green rice cake wrapped “Anko” (sweet beans jam) with a sweet rice cake mix the “Yomogi” (mugwort).

One by one, sweets enter a clear plastic case and keeping the fresh and hygienical state.

“Sakura mochi” and “Kusa mochi” are Japanese sweets of seasonal limitation.
It can be bought only in spring!
