Today’s Japanese food is “Gomasaba”.
“Gomasaba” is raw mackerel fish with soy source, white sesame and mirin (sweet seasoning). This is one of the local cuisine in Fukuoka, Kyusyu.
If you prefer, you can add ginger or wasabi to it.
The area is very rare where you can eat raw mackerel fish. In Kyusyu area, they can catch mackerel fishes to eat raw in Japan sea. Even if “Gomasaba” is so tasty, you have to be careful when you eat raw mackerel fish in other areas.
