Today’s famous “Sakura” spot is “Hama-rikyu Gardens” at Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

You can enjoy about 100 of “sakura” trees including the “Somei-yoshino” (a kind of “sakura”), and “Sato-zakura”.
In night, there are also illuminated “sakura”.

“Hama-rikyu Gardens” is a metropolitan pond garden.
It is excursion-type artificial pond garden which it takes in seawater from Tokyo Bay.
We enjoy a change of the scenery by the flow and ebb of tides.
“Ume” and “Nano-hana” (rape blossoms) is in full bloom at the present time of March, too.It is one of the recommended “sakura” spot that you can thoroughly enjoy a Japanese style garden while watching “sakura”.
