Hirosaki Castle is said to be the most beautiful Sakura spot in Japan. There are about 50 kinds and 2, 600 sakura trees.
The sakura festival is held every year, so some people come to enjoy beautiful sakura.

In this year, the festival will hold from 22nd April to 7th May.. This year’s festival is 100th anniversary.
So duration is 3 days longer than usual, I recommend you to go to see Hirosaki Castle’s Sakura in this year.
At the night, sakura is lighted up from 18:30 to 22:00 in the duration of Sakura festival.
